A passion and a friendship

Alexis Segura, restaurateur, and Olivier Legranger, winemaker, decided to join forces to create a place that reflects them.

Longtime friends, they share a common passion for gastronomy and wine.

Epicureans and lovers of their region, they aim to showcase its local products.


Alexis, 25 years old, originally from Le Barroux, has a great passion for cooking and traveling, which led him to leave France in 2019 to live for two years in New Zealand, then two years in Sydney, Australia.

During this journey, he had many positive encounters and learned a lot, describing this experience as "the school of life."

He managed three restaurants in Sydney, learning the ins and outs of the restaurant industry. Returning to Le Barroux in 2023, he worked with chef Arnaud Nicolet before taking over Le Four à Chaux.



Olivier, 34 years old, originally from Picardy, is passionate about viticulture, gastronomy, and traveling.

After studying in Champagne and Montpellier, he acquired his own vines in 2016 to create Domaine du Colibri in the Ventoux appellation, using sustainable agriculture.

His sales cellar is located at 368, route de Mazan in Caromb.
